Paley-based manual landmark measurement. JLCA is an unsigned acute angle. Initial release; clinical validation is incomplete. Simulation is a manual 2D rigid-segment transform. Centers are calculated automatically from the femoral head Mose circle, distal femoral condylar width, proximal tibial plateau width and ankle talar dome width. Joint lines use separate distal condylar tips, subchondral plateau landmarks and plafond endpoints. Reference: Paley, Principles of Deformity Correction, Chapter 1, pp. 4–6, Figures 1-5 and 1-6.

Upload a standing full-spine radiograph.
Place the landmarks; lines and results update together.
