Workspace Information

STL: patient LPS coordinates, mm. NIfTI: RAS sform, true spacing. The project file includes the CT volume and each segment’s separate mask. Saving downloads a local file; there is no automatic server save.Measurements are saved with series identity in the project. Only the primary HU volume is included; reselect the same DICOM series to see secondary-series annotations. Undo/Redo history is not included in the project file. DICOM SEG and OBJ export are not available in this version.Left/right camera views refer to patient direction. A verified glenoid camera shortcut is not yet available.

Uncompressed single-frame CT, MR, Secondary Capture and PET images. CT with verified HU and geometry: MPR, 3D and segmentation. Others: source 2D with raw pixels. Enhanced and multiframe images are not supported.

Checking serviceTotalSegmentator · Initial service profile: right/left humerus and scapula. Automatic masks can be edited manually. The distal extremity model is not enabled. The manual editor works independently of AI status.

Restrict HU, Region Growing and AI processing to the selected regionSource CT and masks remain full-sized. The AI ROI result is restored to the correct source voxel position. 3D view clipping is independent of this selection.
